Keren received her B.Sc. degree in Materials Engineering and Chemistry from the Technion, and graduated with an MSc from the Andrew and Erna Viterbi Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Technion – Israel Institute of Technology in 2022. Her main research topic was phase change memory (PCM) with focus on energy and power consumption at short pulse programming (sub-ns). Keren currently works at Intel.
