Dr. Igor Krylov is a senior device engineer at Tower Semiconductor Power Management Group. He received the BSc degree in Materials Engineering and Chemistry in 2010, and the PhD degree in Nanoscience program in 2016, both from the Technion. His research interests include deposition of thin films by atomic layer deposition, and thin film characterization.
