Welcome to the main page of Yalon research lab!

We are located at the Zisapel nanoelectronics building, Andrew & Erna Viterbi Dept. of Electrical Engineering, Technion, Israel. Our research is geared towards energy-efficient electronics by understanding the interplay between electrical power consumption and heat generation & dissipation in nanoscale devices.

We are currently interested in the following topics:

  • Novel nano-materials, including chalcogenides, oxides, and 2D semiconductors.
  • New electronic building blocks for different applications: storage, memory, neuromorphic computing and AI, RF communication.
  • Energy efficiency of nanoelectronic devices and systems.
