Eilam Yalon

Eilam is an Assistant Professor at the Andrew and Erna Viterbi Faculty of Electrical
Engineering, Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. He received the B.Sc. degree in
Materials Engineering and Physics in 2009 and the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering in
2015, both from the Technion. From 2015 to 2018, he was a Post-Doctoral Researcher at
Stanford University. Eilam received several fellowships and awards, including Intel Rising Star Award 2022, IBM Global University Program Academic Award 2021, and Ilan Ramon-Fulbright Fellowship (2015). His current research is focused on energy efficient memory and computing devices with 2D, resistive switching, phase change, and ferroelectric materials.
